Cook along with Peter McKenna

Cook along with Bowmore with award winning Scottish chef Peter McKenna. Blending traditional and contemporary techniques to create your own, distinctly modern Scottish fine dining experience, at home. A match made in heaven.

Here's what you'll need if you want to cook along with Peter.

Ingredients:

Wild garlic & shellfish soup

  • 400g wild garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 200g potato
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 razor clams
  • 500g mussels
  • Butter
  • Parsley

Maple cured scallops with whisky sour granite

  • 4 hand dived scallops
  • 100g sea salt
  • 100g maple sugar
  • 300ml cold pressed apple juice
  • 30ml Bowmore 15YO (or to taste)
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Dark maple to taste
  • Lime zest to taste
  • ½ cucumber (peeled)
  • Sprinkle of dried kelp
  • Lime juice & zest to taste
  • ½ pink lady apple
  • 8 sprigs dill
  • 20g pickled trumpette
